It’s the first time the original Iron Chefs Chinese, French, Italian and Japanese will gather together outsideof Japan for a cook-off since the TV series ended in 1997, these legends will set their epic Kitchen Stadium at Sydney Opera House.
It could well be the last opportunity, therefore event producer Tryber has joined forces with Glamorazzi to deliver an unforgettable charity gala, to demonstrate a closer friendship between Australia and Japan, while raising funds to help alleviate poverty in Asia.
This exchange of culture and skills between Australia and Japan will extend into 2018 whereby the organisers aim to bring notable Australian Chefs to Japan, an opportunity to profile Japanese cuisine and sake towards the 2020 Tokyo Olympics.
The legends will be supported by an equally exciting Iron Crew, Iron Sommeliers and Iron Baristas.
