The former PRESIDENT OF LES TOQUES BLANCHES (Executive Chefs Association), also known as IRON CHEF AUSTRALIA, battled against Iron Chefs Chen & Sakai 2011, appeared as Celebrity Guest Chef in Penang, Jakarta, Kuala Lumpur and Tokyo Disney Land, hosted culinary food tours to Vietnam, Cambodia, Japan and India and recently became the AMBASSADOR OF KOCHI YUZU.
Mark’s culinary creations are MODERN AUSTRALIAN and CONTEMPORARY FRENCH.
